Payment is expected at the time the tour reservation is made. Payment may be made by credit card online or in person over the telephone or by check or money order payable to Yarn Safaris and mailed to P.O. Box 51, Watertown, MA 02471. To reserve a seat on a day trip tour, Yarn Safaris LLC must receive full payment for each traveler no later than one week before the tour departure date. 

Yarn Safaris LLC is pleased to offer a 10 percent discount to customers who purchase more than one ticket for an individual tour (the "bring-a-friend" discount) or purchase tickets for more than one tour at the same time (the "multiple-tour" discount. (These discounts may not be combined.) The discount will be automatically calculated when the payment is made online. Customers who would like to bring a friend but wish to pay separately online may request the "bring-a-friend" discount code via email. 

Payments for day trip tours will not be refunded or credited in the event a traveler is unable to take a tour. However, the traveler may transfer the ticket to another person and alert Yarn Safaris LLC about the substitution by email or phone no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour.  

For overnight tours, the full cost will be refunded if the cancellation is received no later than 30 days before the tour start date. If a cancelation is made less than 30 days before the tour start date, no refund will be given. The traveler may transfer the ticket to another person and alert Yarn Safaris LLC about the substitution by email or phone no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour.   

In the event that Yarn Safaris LLC is forced to cancel a tour due to inclement weather or an insufficient number of travelers, Yarn Safaris LLC will notify all travelers as soon as possible and promptly refund the tour payment in full.

Yarn Safaris LLC is not responsible for lost items. Yarn Safaris LLC reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants. Yarn Safaris LLC, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for transportation, hotels or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual travelers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any carrier, hotel or other company or person providing services included in the tours. Further, Yarn Safaris LLC, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. All travel documents/vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by Yarn Safaris LLC, its agents and suppliers.
