The Wool Pack, the Fiber Loft and Wild & Woolly Saturday, November 10, 2007 (Day Trip) Littleton, Harvard & Lexington, MA
Save while you stock up on yarn for your winter knitting projects when you sign up for Yarn Safaris' fall yarn crawl to three central Massachusetts yarn shops. Each store will offer a 10 percent discount on yarn to group members the day of the tour. Our first stop will be the Wool Pack in Littleton, MA. Who can resist a yarn shop whose motto is "Unwind your mind, soothe your soul and knit yourself silly." Next, we will visit the Fiber Loft in Harvard, which has more than 800 yarns and books in stock (and bargain yarn on the second floor). Last but not least, we will stop at Wild & Woolly in historic Lexington for two floors of yarn, books, buttons and notions. Lunch, coffee and/or ice cream will be available in Lexington. On the way home, you will have a chance to win some great prizes generously donated by the yarn shops we visited. Sign up soon as this tour is limited to 20 people.
We will pick up at Braintree Station at 8:15 am, Copley Square at 8:45 am; Newton Riverside at 9:00 am and Woburn Anderson Regional Transportation Center at 9:30 am.
